Partner Ad Policy

This policy governs how GSS Analytics partners may promote their referral link across paid and organic channels. Following it keeps your account in good standing and protects the program for everyone. Breaches can trigger warning, suspension, or termination — at GSS Analytics Ltd.'s sole discretion.

01Scope & acceptance

This policy applies to every partner approved into the GSS Analytics affiliate program. By logging into the Partner Portal, claiming a referral code, or running any ad that points to a GSS property, you accept the rules below in full.

04Brand & trademark use

You may reference "GSS Analytics" in editorial copy when promoting the product. The GSS logo and approved marketing assets are available in the Partner Portal Assets tab — use those originals without modification, recoloring, or distortion. Do not lock up the GSS logo with your own logo in a way that suggests partnership endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.

Every paid placement and every piece of organic content that contains your referral link must:

06Performance claims

Only use ROI, hit-rate, CLV and yield numbers that appear inside the GSS app or in officially published verified-system reports — and always cite the backtest window. Do not promise profits, guaranteed wins, "no-loss" outcomes, or any future return. Phrases like "guaranteed", "risk-free", "make 1,000 € a month" or "beat the bookies" are not allowed.

07Audience & jurisdiction

Promote only to users who are 18+ (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Do not run paid ads targeting users in jurisdictions where sports betting analytics services are restricted or banned — including but not limited to mainland China, Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Singapore (without local licence), and US states without legal sports betting. If unsure about a region, ask before launching.

09Tax & legal compliance

You are responsible for declaring and paying tax on any commissions earned, and for holding any business registrations or affiliate-marketing licences required where you live or where you run ads. GSS Analytics does not withhold taxes or file on your behalf.

10Enforcement

We monitor partner activity and review reports from users, platforms and authorities. Minor or first-time issues are usually flagged with a written warning and a window to correct. Serious or repeated breaches — including fraud, brand impersonation, targeting minors, or false performance claims — can trigger immediate suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings, and termination from the program without further notice.

11Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the active version and effective date are shown at the top of this page, and we email all active partners at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of your referral link after the effective date confirms acceptance.

Not sure if something is allowed? Ask first. Open a ticket in the Help tab of the Partner Portal, describe what you want to run, and we'll come back within 2 business days. Asking up front beats a clawback later.
